Utility assistance must be for the current month. This agency does not assist with arrears, re-connection fees or deposits. The utility services must be in service, and in the name of someone living in the household. Does not assist with telephone bills.

Provides cremation assistance to anyone who is a Lubbock County resident or has expired in Lubbock County.
