To apply for Dollar Energy funds, the account holder must live in the home. The grant covers residential, single home or apartment service. “Cooking only”, commercial, industrial or apartments with shared utility service are not eligible. Applicants can only receive one grant per utility, per program year (October 1st through September 28).
